MARKETING COORDINATOR ROLE 

  • Project scopes/briefs should be sent to the client within 24 hours All client request/changes/scope adjustments will be run through the marketing coordinator who will directly liaise with the relevant teams.
  • You’ll be required to work across business development from lead gen to closing the sale and onboarding, cold calling, video & face-to-face client meetings on your own and with the Business Development Manager.
  • You’ll be required to work with the client to develop the scope of tasks and produce clear and effective written proposals and quotes.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the sales process with internal teams: sales management, business development, marketing and company Directors.
  • You’ll be responsible for producing simple and accurate competitor analytics, monitoring market trends reports and new product development.

  • Analyse and resolve customer problems that arise from the use of various web and mobile-based products: answers technical inquiries, diagnoses reported problems or configuration issues, recommends possible solutions, follows issues through to resolution, or escalates if no resolution can be found.
  • Analyzes problems, develops immediate workarounds, and provides documentation to facilitate resolutions with third-party vendors.
  • Follows team-specific guidelines for problem reporting to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
  • Documents all resolutions for customer-reported problems in our project management system.

  • Liaise with the marketing coordinator to finalise and prepare the project scope
  • Sarah to send the scope to the client with the marketing coordinator to gain approval for the job
  • Write up all new clients into CRM database and project management software
  • Carry out weekly calls with the clients to ensure they have what they need, review reports and work with the client to upsell the new scope work.
  • * Implementing/overseeing marketing tasks across all digital platforms including EDM (mailchimp), website updates, e-commerce (Woo Commerce) and paid and organic channels
  • * Assisting/overseeing with other marketing activities such as promotions
  • * Implement/overseeing e-commerce updates – including artwork, copy, creating products, codes and packs

  • Experience with WordPress websites managing and posting content. *dev experience not required
